Avispa went south

The Team left Fukuoka for trainingscamp in Miyazaki on friday and will stay there till thursday 31st january.

New squad member Kyohei Oyama, who joined Avispa from the own youth,
showed his good technique skills at the practice.
Jun Suzuki will join the squad after coming home from international youth iournament in Doha with Japan's U-19.
Fans and coach Pierre "Litti" Littbarski got high expectation of both new rookies for 2008.

Today there was an eye on the devensive work which was Avispas big problem zone in last season.
The team practice a 8 to 8 game, 4 player in the midfield and 4 on the last line.

Have nice days there gentlemen!

New home for Naito

After Midfielder Yohei Miyazaki, our 3rd goalkeeper for 3 seasons, Tomoyasu Naito, also found a new home at J2 contender Montedio Yamagata. Yamagata post it on thier Homepage on friday.
Since 2005, Naito was in Avispa's squad but he was just the replacement of the replacement behind Yuichi Mizutani, Ryuichi Kamiyama and Yuji Rokutan and never played a game in the J.League or J2.
But he's a young goalkeeper and he will go his way and maybe we will see him in season 2008 between Yamagata's posts sometimes.

Good Luck Tomoyasu!

Nakaharai is back!

Midfielder Daisuke Nakaharai (30), who was without a team for some months and played for Kyoto Sanga FC, will come back to Fukuoka.

Nakaharai started his career at Avispa in 1996 before he left for Kyoto in 2002 where he was captain for a couple years.
After good years at Kyoto he was out of plans from coach Naohiko Minobe last year.
Under new coach Hisashi Kato it didn't run any better and so he could search for a new club.

He got alot of experience and will use it well with Kudo, Nunobe and Hokuto Nakamura i hope.
With him in our team we've probably the most-expierenced midfield in J2.
