Hokuto and FC Tokyo are in the Nabisco Cup 2009 final!FC Tokyo beat Shimizu at home with 1:0 from a header from Hokuto's buddy Sota Hirayama.
Tokyo has to play against Kawasaki Frontale, which played 1:1 at Nissan Stadium against Yokohama.
The final will be played on November 3rd at National Stadium in Tokyo
Hokuto played 24 minutes at Tokyo's 2:1-lose yesterday in Kyoto against Sanga.
He was subbed in for captain Naotake Hanyu
